For those caught in the cycle of never feeling "good enough,"

If you're feeling stuck, stressed, or just not quite yourself…

you're in the right place!

Imagine waking up each day feeling more in control and less overwhelmed!

I can help you get there by teaching you practical ways to manage your stress and anxiety. We'll work together to understand what's really going on in your mind and find solutions that fit your life.

  • If you often feel overwhelmed by worry or stress, even when things seem to be going well on the surface...

  • If you're successful in many areas of your life but still feel like you're not doing enough...

  • If you're tired of feeling like you're always "on" and struggle to relax...

  • If you're looking for practical strategies to manage your anxiety in daily life, rather than just talking about your feelings...

  • On the outside, you put your best self out there - You are organized, reliable, and capable. But on the inside, you are swimming in self-doubt and you overthink your every move.

  • You feel like you do everything for everyone and no one acknowledges your effort. Sometimes, you even feel taken advantage of by others, but you also just can’t seem to say no to requests.

  • You replay conversations, events, or interactions on repeat in order to find faults or to criticize mistakes you’ve made.

Therapy for High Functioning Anxiety

Anxiety and anxiety disorders are frequently misunderstood. Many people believe that in order to have an anxiety disorder, they need to have anxiety so debilitating that it stops them from every day functioning. This simply isn’t true. Some people are able to learn how to “push past” their symptoms and develop coping skills that allow them to show up in their every day lives… except deep down they still deal with excessive worry, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and in some cases avoidance - such as not applying for promotions, not speaking up in relationships, or not trying new things.

Some argue that “High Functioning” Anxiety isn’t a diagnosable condition - I disagree. While “High Functioning” Anxiety is not an official label of anxiety and technically isn’t a diagnosis, the symptoms could still qualify for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Specified or Unspecified Anxiety Disorder, or Social Anxiety Disorder… and did you know anxiety disorders can sometimes be a sign of unresolved trauma?

Life can be complicated, I get it!
